Warfighter Scuba returns to marine sanctuary

ALPENA — Alumni divers from the nonprofit program Warfighter Scuba brought Purple Heart veterans back to the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary (TBNMS) to get certified in dry suit diving.
