Vivacom wins legal battle in England

The English Commercial Court dismissed an attempt by offshore entities to challenge Vivacom's ownership just as the company is being put up for sale, according to Bulgarian news agency Novinite. After 6 days of hearings, the English judge Justice Moulder dismissed the claim by LIC Telecommunications SARL of Luxembourg and Empreno Ventures Limited of the British Virgin Islands that Vivacom was illegally sold to its existing owners through a competitive sale process after the company's previous owners default
