Tropical depression to enter Gulf of Tonkin as heavy rain hits northern Vietnam

A tropical depression is forecast to enter the eastern Gulf of Tonkin from Thursday evening to Friday night, bringing heavy rain to coastal areas of northern Vietnam and the north-central region.
