Lawmakers set to codify e-cigarette ban, time-of-use power pricing

The National Assembly Standing Committee endorsed draft laws to write the e-cigarette ban into statute and introduce time-of-use electricity pricing, but asked drafters to tighten enforcement and impact assessments.
