Storm Kujira forms over East Vietnam Sea, poses no threat to Vietnam’s coast or mainland

A tropical depression in the East Vietnam Sea intensified into storm Kujira in the early hours of Wednesday and is forecast to leave no impact on Vietnam's mainland or coastal areas, said the national weather agency.
