PAC told 444 heritage buildings in Karachi unsafe

The Sindh Building Control Authority told the PAC that Karachi has 588 dangerous buildings, including 444 heritage structures. Lawmakers also sought action on illegal high-rises and 58 housing schemes operating without NOCs.
