Jonathan Heredia and Isla Mosquera launch Chez Bernard

Partners and wine experts Jonathan Heredia and Isla Mosquera have launched a wine bar and bistro on Leith’s waterfront. Billed as the Edinburgh area’s first French wine bar, Chez Bernard is named after Heredia’s grandfather. Chez Bernard occupies the former Victor Hugo Deli site, which was previously home to a Pizza Express.
