Ho Chi Minh City prepares international, municipal bond issues with 21 projects in pipeline

Ho Chi Minh City is preparing the groundwork for international and municipal bond issuance and plans to select five to seven projects from a pipeline of more than 21 for priority promotion to strategic investors, as Vietnam International Financial Center (VIFC) moves toward practical operations.
