Ho Chi Minh City-based PennSchool cites lease renewal hurdle as administrative academy says contract already expired

International school PennSchool attributed the sudden closure of its Ba Thang Hai campus in Ho Chi Minh City to unresolved procedures for renewing its premises agreement, but the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Governance disputes that account, saying the contract had expired and no renewal was granted.
