Bulgarian telecom authority opens new consultation, inspects A1's network

Bulgaria's telecom authority CRC launched a public consultation procedure on a draft decision whose aim is to amend and supplement the rules for carrying out electronic communications through radio equipment using radio frequency spectrum which does not need to be individually assigned. In related news, the authority said it conducted an inspection related to the operating problems of the A1 Bulgaria EAD (A1) network.
