Bulgarian competition authority files complaint against local operator

Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition started an investigation against one of the major mobile operators in Bulgaria, according to local news agency Novinite citing an announcement from the agency. The watchdog said it will verify if the operator broke the antitrust law by using unfair competition. The law's unfair competition chapter of the law includes violations of misleading or comparative advertising, imitation, harm to the reputation of competitors and unfairly attracting customers.
