'You have a choice': Bill Morrow says NBN Co to educate consumers on products available

NBN chief says retailers are focusing on low-cost products on lower speed tiers, but that NBN Co will soon start explaining to consumers that if they want they can choose 'speeds much higher than 25Mbps'.
