Who Is The 'public' In 'public Theology'?

Who is the 'public' in 'public theology'? We have a nice dialogue to report between Torsten Meireis at the Berlikn Institute for Public Theology and Paul S. Chung, founder of the Putlic Theology in Forum Center. Both scholars agree that outside the Church Christians need to address the common good of many publics. Further, the public theologian must address directlu within each public stratification, discrimmination, and injustice.
