In recent years, discussions around Thai politics and public life have featured a familiar concern. Participation among younger voters appears fragile. Turnout fluctuates, trust remains low and an increasing number of young voters are choosing to abstain rather than support any available option. Public frustration is no longer expressed only through protest or disengagement, but through the deliberate act of withholding a vote.
