WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — The community of Auldayr in Westmoreland is mourning the death of a resident who was killed by a fallen tree. The woman has been identified as Angela Powell, a 62-year-old domestic worker. Reports indicate that about 9:00 am on Tuesday, Powell was tending to her goats when a tree fell on her.
