WEST BLOOMFIELD — Jibran “Jim” Manna, 65, a real estate developer and resident of West Bloomfield who serves as a trustee on the township board, has been charged with two counts of capturing images of an unclothed person and five counts of installing a device for the purposes of eavesdropping.
