BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court July 22-28. Curtis A. Tunnell, 35, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs July 2, 2025, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Stockton Springs July 2, 2025, dismissed. Mujahedeen Hasan, 35, of the Bronx, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 24, 2025, 12 months in prison and $400 fine; criminal forfeiture of property in Searsport July 25, 2025, forfeiture upheld.
