Vivendi launches Dutch court action against Mediaset merger plan

Vivendi has filed a court action in Amsterdam to protect its interests as a minority shareholder in connection with Mediaset's plans to merge its Italian and Spanish units into the Netherlands-based holding company Media for Europe (MFE), reports Il Sole 24 Ore, citing a Vivendi spokesperson.
