Vinicius Junior and Real Madrid will reportedly meet within the next 48 hours to discuss a new contract as Arsenal wait in the wings ready to pounce. Reports from Brazil on Monday evening claimed that Real Madrid have made an improved contract offer following the forward's return to pre-season training. Talks had been stalled for almost a year as Vinicius Jr holds out for a salary worth around €30million a year, and ESPN report that the latest offer is worth around €22m annually.
