Vineyard’s auxiliary Coasties win best flotilla

Flotilla 11-9, the Vineyard’s U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary group, was awarded Most Outstanding Flotilla for 2017 at a ceremony at Station Menemsha Saturday.
