Victoria women-run charity that supports women celebrates 25-year anniversary, asks for support

Another donation of clothing is set to hit the racks at the Wear2Start boutique in downtown Victoria. The charity, made up of an entirely female board, staff and volunteer team, helps nearly 300 clients every year.
