Vėgėlė leads money race as presidential election nears

The Central Electoral Commission (VRK) has published data showing that independent presidential candidate Ignas Vėgėlė has amassed the most campaign cash so far. Conservative nominee Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė and Giedrimas Jeglinskas of the Democrats For Lithuania follow, with majority of the funds coming from the parties.
