Ulster Legislature agrees to borrow $6.6M for $11.1M county pool repair project

Ulster County lawmakers agreed to issue $6.6 million in bonds to help fund an $11.1 million project to repair and upgrade the county pool, even while decrying the fact that the price tag for the project has more than doubled.
