Ukrainian forces cross Dnipro river in counteroffensive: reports

Ukrainian troops appear to have broken through to the left bank of the Dnipro river in the southern Kherson region as part of their counteroffensive against invading Russian forces, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has said.
