Ukraine pledges not to strike CPC infrastructure or non-Russian tankers

Ukraine has pledged not to attack the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and promised not to target tankers in the Black Sea that have no links to Russia, AzerNEWS reports.
