Uganda: Tayebwa Calls for Public Service Commission to Recruit Senior District Officers

Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has called for reforms in the recruitment of senior technical officers in local governments, warning that the current system could facilitate collusion and misuse of public resources.
