Uganda Cannot Afford More Preventable Deaths On Its Roads

At least 14 people were killed this week when a truck carrying sand collided with a commuter taxi van in Kalungu District. All of the dead were passengers in the van. Four others were injured. The truck driver fled the scene and remains at large.
