UG names transitional leadership team as Vice-Chancellor’s term ends

The University of Guyana (UG) on Friday announced that Professor Paloma Mohamed-Martin’s seven-year tenure as Vice-Chancellor came to an end on July 31, 2026, prompting the University’s Council to install a Transitional Management Team to keep the institution running smoothly while a permanent successor is chosen.
