U.S.-backed NABEP targets 500,000 bpd of Venezuela oil output by 2028

North American Blue Energy Partners plans to raise Venezuela oil production from about 200,000 bpd to 500,000 bpd by the end of 2028, though analysts question whether the rapid expansion can be funded and supported by available oilfield services.
