Two men charged over alleged attack on woman along Mandela Highway

Two men have been charged with several firearm-related offences following an alleged attack on a woman along Mandela Highway in St Catherine. Oshane Hall, 33, otherwise called ‘Drip Boss’, a farmer of Central Village, St Catherine and 27-year-old Phillip Blackwood Jr, otherwise called ‘Todd’, a nurse of Twickenham Park, St Catherine are charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and participating in a criminal organisation.
