Two Ontario residents were arrested after Wayne County sheriff's deputies said an EMS call led to confrontations with officers during an attempted detention. Evan W. Bliss, 22, and Amanda L. Lennox, 40, both of North Lincoln Road in the town of Ontario, were charged following the Aug. 10 incident, according to the Sheriff's Office.
