Top 10 arts events for Sarasota-Manatee: Dec. 23-29

The warm temperatures may indicate otherwise, but the Sarasota Sailor Circus plans to “Let it Snow” for this year’s annual holiday show. Young performers from ages 8 to 18 will put a holiday spin on a wide variety of circus skills in this year’s production, featuring aerial acts, acrobatics, roller skating tricks, juggling and more. Sailor Circus is the country’s longest-running youth circus. Performances begin Sunday and continue through Dec. 30 in the air conditioned Sailor Circus Arena, 2075 Bahia Vista St., Sarasota.
