This award-winning El Monte Union High program helps future teachers get a head start on their careers

“When the door opens and they all walk in, all 12 tutors, it’s such an amazing sight,” fourth and fifth grade teacher Kelly Garstang said. “It’s like an army, and we’re doing battle.”
