The president said… the oddity of proxy presidency

Ronald Reagan, the 40th president of the United States of America was in the twilight of his presidency when Alzheimer’s disease started ravaging him. There was nothing the charismatic great communicator could do about his fate. Such is life. Human beings, no matter how strong, how powerful or how ambitious, can only go as far as nature permits.
