The Opposition’s Biggest Enemy May Not Be Tinubu, but Its Own Arithmetic: Who Has the Magic Wand? -By Daniel Nduka Okonkwo

There is no magic wand. If the opposition wants to remove Tinubu from power in 2027, it must do something considerably harder than attack him. It must give Nigerians a reason to choose them, because the 2027 election will not be won by whoever is most dissatisfied with Nigeria. It will be won by whoever can convince the largest coalition of Nigerians that their alternative is better, more credible, and capable of governing the country. That is the real battle, and so far, neither the opposition nor the government has fully answered it.
