Thailand rules out security-tariff trade-off before Hegseth visit

BANGKOK: Thailand's Defence Ministry has ruled out linking security cooperation with the United States to negotiations over tariffs, insisting that national security, sovereignty and public safety cannot be used as bargaining tools.
