Recognising Telangana's rapidly growing economy and its strengths in IT, life sciences and advanced manufacturing, the German state of Thuringia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government for cooperation in areas like Technology, Skill Training, Startups and Life Sciences.
