Teen, man wanted in case of infant found dead by roadside in Monterey County, authorities say

A 14-year-old girl and 38-year-old Sergio Galvez Perez are wanted in connection with the death of "Baby Angelita," who was found on the side of the road in Monterey County earlier this month. Galvez Perez is wanted on suspicion of incest, lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, lewd acts with a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse, and child concealment.
