Tata, Mistry counsel spar at contempt plea hearing

At a contempt plea hearing filed against Tata Sons before NCLT, the company’s counsel took potshots at ousted chairman Cyrus Mistry, invoked Greek mythology and Helen of Troy to accuse him of “stabbing” the board in its back. He called the contempt plea a “sensational” attempt to “gag” the group.
