Taranaki residents to lodge injunction in bid to halt TSB merger

Lawyers are working on documentation as a “matter of urgency” for an injunction to block the proposed TSB-Heartland merger, after an unsatisfactory response from the Toi Foundation. The Taranaki Community Accountability Society, established by frustrated locals, wants to keep TSB Bank as a standalone local entity.
