Taiwan detects surge in Chinese military activity around its territory

Taiwan on Saturday detected three sorties by PLA aircraft, 8 PLAN vessels and 7 official ships operating around its territory, as per the Ministry of National Defence (MND). Sharing the details in a post on X, it further observed that all three sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan's northern and southwestern part of the ADIZ.
