Taiwan detects five PLA aircraft sorties, eight PLAN vessels around its territory

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence said on Tuesday (local time) that five sorties of Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) aircraft, eight People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) vessels and seven official ships were detected operating around its territory. According to Taiwan's Ministry of Defence, three of the five PLA aircraft sorties entered the country's northern and eastern parts of its Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ).
