Suspect in fatal Muiden highway shooting says victim threatened to cut off his penis

Solano Z., a 24-year-old from Diemen accused of fatally shooting a 37-year-old along the A1 highway near Muiden in March, told a court Tuesday he was the victim of a kidnapping and fired out of panic. He said the victim had threatened to cut off his penis and fingers.
