Stormont ‘has caused RHI hardship’ on legitimate claimants says independent review, disproving claim by civil servants

An independent review of the situation faced by legitimate RHI claimants has found that many of them are suffering significant hardship – and has disproven a key claim used by civil servants when they slashed subsidies last year.
