St Mary taxi operator and mason allegedly held with illegal gun
A taxi operator and a mason were allegedly held with a handgun and ammunition during a police operation on Sunday in Port Maria, St Mary. Commanding officer for the St Mary Police Division, Superintendent Anthony Wallace, says the seizure was made about 10:20 p.m. while members of the division were conducting a National Coordinated Roadblock operation along Hudson Street in Port Maria. “During the operation, a grey Toyota Fielder with two occupants was stopped and searched," explained Wallace.
