SSM Health challenging recent union election at St. Mary's hospital in Madison

Ahead of the vote, the health system challenged the eligibility of the hospital’s charge nurses to vote in the election. And after the vote, SSM filed objections to the conduct of the election with the National Labor Relations Board.
