Springfield Mayor urges public to await results of city manager investigation ‘without speculation or assumptions’

Springfield Mayor Rob Rue asks the community to “allow the process” of investigating allegations that led to City Manager Bryan Heck being put on paid administrative leave “to move forward without speculation or assumptions.”
