Four Spanish islands are aiming to go to 100% renewable electricity by 2050, under a climate law proposed on Thursday.Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca, and Fomentera currently depend on a coal plant for nearly half of their power supplies and get only 2% from renewable sources.
