Career U.S. diplomat Ruth Anne Stevens-Klitz has assumed duties as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Mogadishu, bringing more than 25 years of diplomatic experience across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, the embassy said.
