Slovenia expects sharp economic contraction due to coronavirus

LJUBLJANA — The Bank of Slovenia expects the country’s economy, which mainly relies on exports to other European Union states, to shrink by 6.2% to 16.1% this year, depending on the longevity of the coronavirus outbreak, it said on Tuesday.
